Boozy Mango Margarita Popsicles

These boozy popsicles make the perfect grown-up Summer treat.

Ingredients

  • 2 x 250ml Mango Margarita Cans  
  • 200ml Mango & Passion Fruit Smoothie    
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Lime Juice  
  • 6 Lime Slices    

To serve:  

  • Pinch of salt  
  • Lime Zest    
  • 6 Empty Yoghurt Pots/Popsicle Moulds
  • 6 Wooden Lolly Sticks

  

Method

  1. Mix together the mango margaritas, smoothie and lime juice.  
  2. Divide between the tubs or ice lolly moulds.  
  3. Top with a slice of lime and insert a lolly stick, then freeze overnight.  
  4. When ready to serve, remove the ice lollies from the moulds and sprinkle with a pinch of salt and lime zest.
