Boozy Mango Margarita Popsicles

These boozy popsicles make the perfect grown-up Summer treat.

Ingredients
- 2 x 250ml Mango Margarita Cans
- 200ml Mango & Passion Fruit Smoothie
- 2 tbsp Fresh Lime Juice
- 6 Lime Slices
To serve:
- Pinch of salt
- Lime Zest
- 6 Empty Yoghurt Pots/Popsicle Moulds
- 6 Wooden Lolly Sticks
Method
- Mix together the mango margaritas, smoothie and lime juice.
- Divide between the tubs or ice lolly moulds.
- Top with a slice of lime and insert a lolly stick, then freeze overnight.
- When ready to serve, remove the ice lollies from the moulds and sprinkle with a pinch of salt and lime zest.
