Ingredients

  • 50ml Bellucci Amaretto
  • 25ml Semi-skimmed milk
  • 25ml Double cream
  • 2 drops of The Pantry Moroccan Almond Extract
  • Moser Roth dark chocolate, grated for garnish
  • Hazelnut shavings for garnish

Method

  1. Shake all ingredients with cubed ice and fine strain into a chilled coupette (or a martini glass).
  2. Garnish with grated Moser Roth dark chocolate and hazelnut shavings.
