Ingredients
- 50ml Bellucci Amaretto
- 25ml Semi-skimmed milk
- 25ml Double cream
- 2 drops of The Pantry Moroccan Almond Extract
- Moser Roth dark chocolate, grated for garnish
- Hazelnut shavings for garnish
Method
- Shake all ingredients with cubed ice and fine strain into a chilled coupette (or a martini glass).
- Garnish with grated Moser Roth dark chocolate and hazelnut shavings.
