Gingle Bells

Ingredients

  • 50ml Oliver Cromwell London Dry Gin
  • 25ml Lemon Juice
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • 15ml Pear, Cranberry & Cinnamon Vodka Liqueur
  • To Garnish
  • Ground Cinnamon

Method

  1. Shake the gin, lemon juice and sugar with cubed ice and strain over freshly crushed ice in a rocks glass.
  2. Drizzle over the pear, cranberry and cinnamon vodka liqueur.
  3. Sprinkle with cinnamon and garnish with a lemon twist.
