Spicy Matcha Colada

Matcha lovers will adore this spicy colada!

Ingredients

  • 120ml Coconut Milk
  • 60g Fresh Pineapple
  • 50ml Spiced Rum
  • 1 sachet Matcha Latte
  •   ⅙ tsp Chilli Flakes
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 6 Ice Cubes
  • 50ml Boiling Water
  • 50ml Cold Water

  

Method

  1. Take the matcha latte sachet and make up with the boiling water, whisk well and then add the cold water and place this in the fridge.
  2. Cube the pineapple, then blend with the coconut and rum.
  3. Fill the glass with ice and pour over the cocktail, then pour the matcha latte over the top slowly to create an ombré effect.
  4. Garnish with some chilli and salt around the rim of the glass, and serve.
