Spicy Matcha Colada

Matcha lovers will adore this spicy colada!

Ingredients
- 120ml Coconut Milk
- 60g Fresh Pineapple
- 50ml Spiced Rum
- 1 sachet Matcha Latte
- ⅙ tsp Chilli Flakes
- 1 tsp Salt
- 6 Ice Cubes
- 50ml Boiling Water
- 50ml Cold Water
Method
- Take the matcha latte sachet and make up with the boiling water, whisk well and then add the cold water and place this in the fridge.
- Cube the pineapple, then blend with the coconut and rum.
- Fill the glass with ice and pour over the cocktail, then pour the matcha latte over the top slowly to create an ombré effect.
- Garnish with some chilli and salt around the rim of the glass, and serve.
