Frozen Whipped Nutoka Coffee

Up your coffee game with this delicious frozen coffee.

Ingredients

  • 70g Nutoka, plus a little extra to smear around the glass
  • 100ml Strong Coffee, warm
  • 100ml Double Cream
  • 2 Triple Chocolate Cookies, crushed
  • 5g Dark Chocolate, grated
  • Chocolate Flavoured Dessert Sauce
  • Ice Cubes

To serve:

  • Tall Glass

  

Method

  1. Put the Nutoka in a bowl with the coffee, whisk well then allow to cool.
  2. Whip 40ml of the cream.
  3. Smear a little Nutoka inside the glass and fill half with ice.
  4. Pour in half the Nutoka coffee, then half the whipped cream and a squirt of the chocolate sauce.
  5. Pour in the rest of the Nutoka coffee, top with the remaining unwhipped cream and add a couple more ice cubes.
  6. Top with the remaining whipped cream, grated chocolate and biscuits.
  7. Drizzle with more sauce and serve.
