Frozen Whipped Nutoka Coffee

Up your coffee game with this delicious frozen coffee.

Ingredients
- 70g Nutoka, plus a little extra to smear around the glass
- 100ml Strong Coffee, warm
- 100ml Double Cream
- 2 Triple Chocolate Cookies, crushed
- 5g Dark Chocolate, grated
- Chocolate Flavoured Dessert Sauce
- Ice Cubes
To serve:
- Tall Glass
Method
- Put the Nutoka in a bowl with the coffee, whisk well then allow to cool.
- Whip 40ml of the cream.
- Smear a little Nutoka inside the glass and fill half with ice.
- Pour in half the Nutoka coffee, then half the whipped cream and a squirt of the chocolate sauce.
- Pour in the rest of the Nutoka coffee, top with the remaining unwhipped cream and add a couple more ice cubes.
- Top with the remaining whipped cream, grated chocolate and biscuits.
- Drizzle with more sauce and serve.
