Cinco de Mayo Hot Dogs

Bring a taste of Mexico to your home with these tasty hot dogs.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack Specially Selected Ultimate Honey and Chilli Pork Sausages  
  • 4 Village Bakery Hot Dog Rolls
  • 100g Spicy Cheddar with Chilli
  • 1 large Red Onion
  • 80g Garlic and Herb Sauce
  • 80g Peri Peri Mayonnaise
  • 3g Red Chilli, thinly sliced
  • 15g Jalapeños, sliced
  • 5g Fresh Coriander  

  

Method

  1. Grill, griddle or BBQ the sausages as per the directions on the pack.
  2. Peel and slice the onion.
  3. Split open the rolls and thinly slice the cheese.
  4. Place the sausages in the rolls and tuck the cheese slices around them. Top with the sliced onions. Drizzle over the sauce and mayonnaise, sprinkle over the chilli, chopped coriander and jalapeño, then serve.
