Ingredients
Anchovy Gildas:
- 6 Anchovy Fillets
- 6 Kalamata Olives
- 6 slices of Jalapeno
- 6 cubes of Manchego
- 6 Cocktail Sticks/Small Wooden Skewers
Chorizo Gildas:
- 6 slices of Chorizo Regio
- 6 Cream Cheese Stuffed Cherry Bell Peppers
- 6 Double Stuffed Halkidiki Olives
- 6 cocktail sticks/small wooden skewers
Sundried Tomato Gildas:
- 6 pieces of Sundried Tomatoes
- 6 Mozzarella Balls
- 6 Cornichons
- 6 Silverskin Onions
- 6 cocktail sticks/small wooden skewers
Method
- Make the Gildas by placing one of each ingredient onto the cocktail sticks to create 6 of each flavour.
- Arrange on a platter and serve.
