Ingredients

Anchovy Gildas:

  • 6 Anchovy Fillets
  • 6 Kalamata Olives
  • 6 slices of Jalapeno
  • 6 cubes of Manchego
  • 6 Cocktail Sticks/Small Wooden Skewers

Chorizo Gildas:

  • 6 slices of Chorizo Regio
  • 6 Cream Cheese Stuffed Cherry Bell Peppers
  • 6 Double Stuffed Halkidiki Olives
  • 6 cocktail sticks/small wooden skewers

Sundried Tomato Gildas:

  • 6 pieces of Sundried Tomatoes
  • 6 Mozzarella Balls
  • 6 Cornichons
  • 6 Silverskin Onions
  • 6 cocktail sticks/small wooden skewers

Method

  1. Make the Gildas by placing one of each ingredient onto the cocktail sticks to create 6 of each flavour.
  2. Arrange on a platter and serve.
