Ingredients
- 2 Burrata
- 40g Rocket
- 12 Italian Crackers
Toppings:
- 3 slices of Prosciutto, halved
- 3 tbsps Chopped Pistachios
- 50g Olives, halved
- 6 Sundried Tomatoes, roughly chopped
- 6 tbsp Olive Oil
- 6 tsp Pesto
Method
- Divide the rocket between 6 small tubs or bowls.
- Tear each burrata into 3 and divide between the bowls, then add 2 crackers per bowl.
- Place the toppings into bowls and place everything into your ‘burrata bar’, along with the olive oil and pesto to drizzle on top.
- Finish with basil and serve.
