Burrata-Bar

Ingredients

  • 2 Burrata
  • 40g Rocket
  • 12 Italian Crackers

Toppings:

  • 3 slices of Prosciutto, halved
  • 3 tbsps Chopped Pistachios
  • 50g Olives, halved
  • 6 Sundried Tomatoes, roughly chopped
  • 6 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 6 tsp Pesto  

  

Method

  1. Divide the rocket between 6 small tubs or bowls.
  2. Tear each burrata into 3 and divide between the bowls, then add 2 crackers per bowl.
  3. Place the toppings into bowls and place everything into your ‘burrata bar’, along with the olive oil and pesto to drizzle on top.
  4. Finish with basil and serve.
