    25ml gin

    Spoonful of marmalade

    10ml lemon juice

    Orange to garnish

    Ice cubes

    Method

    Add the gin, marmalade and lemon juice into a shaker.

    Add ice and shake until the marmalade has dissolved.

    Double strain into a chilled champagne flute and top up with prosecco.
