Back to School - 12 Months Satisfaction Guarantee - Terms & Conditions  
  1. If you are not satisfied with your Back to School clothing, you can return it to any store / online within 12 Months for a full refund (no exchange available).
  2. Proof of purchase required.
  3. 12 Months refund limit applies whether the goods are faulty or non-faulty.
  4. Back to School Guarantee applies to the following products only:
    1. Children’s Shirts 3 Pack
    2. Children’s Polo Shirt 2 Pack
    3. Children’s Trousers
    4. Classic Pinafore 2 Pack
    5. Pleated Skirt
    6. White T-Shirt 2 Pack
    7. Jersey Skirt
    8. Jersey Pinafore 2 Pack
    9. Children’s Sweatshirt
    10. Children’s Cargo Shorts
    11. Children’s Cardigan
    12. Children’s Tights
    13. Children’s Socks
  5. Please note the guarantee only covers the clothing items listed above. Other Back to School items including but not limited to stationery, back packs and lunchboxes do not benefit from the 12 Months guarantee.

†We guarantee to match from 29/06/2025 until 31/08/2025 the lowest total price for our uniform bundle offer (excluding multi-buys and any promotional prices) which includes Cardigan/ Sweatshirt, 2 pack Polo Shirts, Boys’ Trousers/Cargo Shorts OR Girls' Trousers/Pleated Skirt. If you can provide proof of a lower total price (excluding multi-buys and any promotional prices) for the same items at Asda, Lidl, Morrisons, Tesco, Sainsbury’s or Marks & Spencer on the date of your purchase, we will match that price in store. Prices correct at time of print and are subject to change.
