Sweet, tangy and wonderfully zesty. This frozen yoghurt is perfect for a warm day.
Mango Frozen Yoghurt
2 ripe Mangoes
500g Brooklea Greek Style Yogurt
Juice of 1 Lemon
6g Fresh Mint
25g Light Soft Brown Sugar
Cut the flesh from the mangoes.
Roughly chop the mint.
Put the mango flesh, lemon juice, yogurt, sugar and mint into a food processor and liquidise until smooth.
Pour into a plastic container and freeze overnight.
