Giant Festive Cinnamon Roll Wreath
Soft cinnamon rolls twisted into a festive wreath and finished with vanilla icing and cranberries.

Ingredients
For the Dough
- 500g Strong white bread flour
- 7g Sachet fast-action yeast
- 50g Caster sugar
- 250ml Warm milk
- 75g Unsalted butter, melted
- 1 Medium egg
For the Filling
- 100g Soft light brown sugar
- 2 tbsp Ground cinnamon
- 75g Unsalted butter, softened
For the Decoration
- 150g Icing sugar
- 2-3 tbsp milk
- 50g Dried cranberries
- 25g Chopped pistachios
- Orange zest
Method
- Mix the flour, yeast and sugar in a large bowl.
- Add the warm milk, melted butter and egg.
- Knead for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place in a greased bowl, cover and leave to rise for 1 hour.
- Roll the dough into a large rectangle.
- Spread with softened butter, then sprinkle over the cinnamon and sugar.
- Roll tightly into a log and cut into 12 equal pieces.
- Arrange the rolls in a ring on a lined baking tray, leaving a small gap between each.
- Cover and prove for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 180°C / 160°C Fan / Gas Mark 4 for 25-30 minutes until golden.
- Leave to cool slightly.
For the Icing
- Mix the icing sugar and milk until smooth.
- Drizzle over the warm wreath.
- Scatter over dried cranberries, pistachios and orange zest.
