Pretzel Wreath

Ingredients

  • 132g (6 x 22g) Snackrite Salted Pretzels
  • 200g White chocolate
  • ½ tsp Coconut oil
  • 8 Drops of Green food colouring
  • 3 Strawberry laces
  • 20g Sprinkles  

Method

  1. Melt the white chocolate in a medium size Pyrex dish over a large pan of boiling water, stirring it every 15 seconds until it’s a smooth liquid consistency. Then, add the coconut oil and green food colouring and stir well. Remove the pan from the heat.
  2. Dip the bottom third of the rounded edge of each pretzel in the chocolate coating and arrange in a small circle so they just touch each other. Now, add another layer of dipped pretzels overlapping them to create a double-layered wreath shape.
  3. Decorate with sprinkles and use a small piece of strawberry lace to make a mini bow for each wreath. Attach it gently using a little of the melted chocolate.
