Berry Oatmeal Breakfast Bowl

Recipe Information
Ingredients
150g porridge oats
500ml milk
250g frozen summer fruits
30ml Specially Selected maple syrup
Pinch of salt and cinnamon
1 x banana
40g fabulous fruits and nuts – chopped
40g fresh berries – mix of blueberries, raspberries and strawberries
2 x dessert spoons vanilla yoghurt
Method
Put the oats, frozen berries, milk, maple syrup, salt and cinnamon into a small saucepan
Slowly bring to the boil, stirring as you cook
Turn down the heat and gently cook for a 3 to 4 mins
Divide between two bowls – top with the yoghurt, sliced banana, chopped nuts and fresh berries
