A traditional Scottish cocktail with a gin twist, mixed with oats, apple juice and blackberries.
50ml Toradh traditional Scottish Gin
20g Brochan Porridge oats
150ml The Juice Company apple juice
8 x fresh blackberries
5ml lemon juice
1 x tsp Scottish honey
Ice
Put the oats and apple juice together in a large glass, and mix well, then leave too steep for 5 mins.
Add the blackberries and muddle them with a wooden spoon to break them up.
Strain the juice through a sieve.
Add the gin, lemon juice and honey and stir through.
Serve over ice and decorate with a slice of apple, blackberry and a sprig of heather
