Candy Cane Swirl
30ml Candy Cane Gin Liqueur
20ml Oliver Cromwell Gin
20ml Whole Milk
20ml Double Cream
1 tsp Icing Sugar
Egg white from 1 Medium free-range egg
Shake all ingredients with cubed ice and fine strain into a Champagne flute.
You can decorate your Candy Cane Swirl with a red ribbon on the glass.
