    1 Lemon

    160ml Lemon Gin

    Apple & Elderflower Sparkling Water

    Mint Leaves



    Thinly slice the lemon and divide the slices between 2 glasses.

    Add a mint leaf to each.

    Divide the gin between the glasses, then muddle to break up the lemons and release the mint flavour.

    Add ice and stir.

    Top up with the sparkling water and garnish with sprigs of mint.
