Whisky Sour

Ingredients
50ml freshly squeezed Lemon Juice
50ml Highland Earl Scotch Whisky
20g The Pantry Caster Sugar
Ice Cubes
Method
Mix the lemon juice, whisky and sugar with ice cubes in a cocktail shaker.
Shake well and strain into a chilled tumbler.
Garnish with a cherry.
