    6 Scoops Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream

    4 Tablespoons Chocolate Sauce

    2 Chocolate Digestives

    Moser Roth Dark Bar 70% Cocoa

    2 Tablespoons Double Cream

    Method

    Break the chocolate into chunks and melt over a gentle heat.

    Gradually add the cream until you have a smooth sauce.

    Place three scoops of ice cream in each bowl, drizzle over the chocolate sauce and top with chocolate digestive chunks.
