1.3 Your consent to this Policy: If you are reading this policy, it is likely because you have received an e-mail inviting you to download and use the App. By using the App, and in particular by submitting your personal data to us, you are accepting and consenting to the practices described in this Policy.
1.4 Requirement for data: If we need to use personal data in order to provide you with the App or the services it describes then, if you do not provide that data, your use of the App and those services will necessarily be restricted.

5. INFORMATION WHICH WE MAY COLLECT FROM YOU
5.1 Information which you give us: We may collect and process the following data which you provide to us:
a) information that you provide by filling in forms on, or registering to use, our App (such as your name, username age, contact details and details of products and services which you search for on the App); and
b) information that you provide when you report a problem with our App or otherwise contact our Customer Services Team.
5.2 Information we collect about you: We may also collect and process the following technical information automatically when you use the App:
a) the Internet Protocol (IP) address used to connect your device to the internet, your login information, details of the type of device you use, a unique device identifier and mobile network information (such as your mobile phone number);
b) information about your use, including any products which you viewed or searched for, response times, download errors and bugs, the length of your visits to certain areas of the App, time spent using the App and time between actions on the App;
c) any information stored on your Device which you expressly consent to share with us when using the App (such as contact information, friend lists, login information, photos, videos or other digital content – you can typically turn off this functionality at any time by changing the relevant settings for the App on your device);
d) any details of your current location which you expressly consent to share with us (you can typically turn off this functionality at any time by turning off the ‘location services’ settings for the App on your device); and
e) information provided to us by third parties (such as business partners, sub-contractors, analytics providers and search information providers).
6. USES MADE OF YOUR INFORMATION
6.1 Information you give to us: We will use information you provide to us:
a) in connection with any feedback which you submit on the App; and
b) in order to notify you about changes to the App or our services.
6.2 Information which we collect about you: We will use the information we collect about you in order to:
a) administer our App and for internal operations, including troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research, statistical and survey purposes;
b) improve our App to ensure that content is presented in the most effective manner for you and for your device;
c) allow you to participate in interactive features of our service, when you choose to do so; and/or
d) make suggestions and recommendations to you and other users of our App about goods or services that may interest you or them.
6.3 Combination of data: We may combine information from other sources with information you give to us and that which we collect about you. We may use this combined information for the purposes set out above.
7. HOW WE WILL STORE AND PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA
7.1 How we will store your data: The data that we collect from you will be stored on secure servers within the European Economic Area ("EEA") The majority of such data is held within the UK.
7.2 Who will process your data: Certain information may be accessed and processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for us or for one of our suppliers. Such staff maybe engaged in, among other things, the provision of support services (such as content moderation or the maintenance of our data storage facilities).
7.3 Security Standards: Please note that, notwithstanding the steps we take, the transmission of information via the internet can never be completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our App; any transmission is at your own risk.
8. DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION
8.1 Key Principle: First and foremost, you can rest assured that your personal information will not be shared with third-parties unnecessarily. The types of disclosures which we may make are set out below.
8.2 Disclosure of Personal Information: We may disclose your personal information to any member of our group, which means our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries. We may also disclose your personal information to third-parties:
a) in the event that we sell or buy any business or assets, in which case we may disclose your personal data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets;
b) if we, or substantially all of our assets, are acquired by a third party, in which case personal data we hold about our customers will be one of the transferred assets;
c) if we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or the rights, property or safety of our customers, or others; or
8.3 Disclosure of anonymised and aggregated information: We may also share anonymised or aggregated versions of the data which you provide to us to third-parties. This includes:
a) analytics and search engine providers that assist us in the improvement and optimisation of our App;
b) anonymised details of the feedback provided through the App; and
c) where available, your IP address, operating system and browser type. This anonymised data will be collected using cookies, which alone cannot identify any individual.
9. YOUR DATA, YOUR RIGHTS
9.1 Checking your data: We encourage all of our registered users to make sure that the information we hold which is visible to them through the App is up to date.
9.2 Your rights: We want to ensure you remain in control of your personal information. Part of this is making sure you understand your legal rights, which are as follows:
a) where data is processed on the basis of consent, the right to withdraw that consent;
b) the right to confirmation as to whether or not we have your information and, if we do, to obtain a copy of the personal data;
c) the right to have certain information provided to you in a portable electronic format, or transmitted to another data controller, where technically feasible;
d) the right to have inaccurate data rectified;
e) the right to object to your data being used for marketing or profiling, or on the basis of our or a third party’s legitimate interests;

g) the right to be forgotten, which allows you to have your data erased in certain circumstances (though this is not an absolute right and may not apply if we need to continue using the information for a lawful reason).
Please keep in mind that there are exceptions to the rights above and, though we will always try to respond to your satisfaction, there may be situations where we are unable to do so. For example, we would not be able to provide information to you if it had been deleted from our systems before we received your request for it.

a) personalise our App to you. For example, to try and ensure that language and region displays are correctly configured for you;
b) allow you to use our App in a way that makes your browsing experience more convenient. For example, by allowing you to view your most frequently added items;
c) improve our App. For example, knowing how our users navigate our App and use its features allows us to streamline the user experience, speed up searches, identify bugs, make enhancements and ultimately get you to the right product faster;
d) review the popularity of our products and advertisements with reference to platform, location and other related factors;
e) estimate our audience size and usage pattern;
f) provide faster and more personal service by collecting information in respect of any accounts which you have on our App;
g) store information about any preferences which you set;
h) identify which of your device(s) you use to access our App or any account which you have registered on it; and
i) prevent fraud and various forms of cyber-crime.

a) may persist on your device between visits to our App, so that, for example, we can identify you when you visit again; and
b) may be provided either by us or by third-party service providers (such as analytics and search engine providers).
11. LAW AND JURISDICTION
11.1 Governing Law: This Policy is governed by English law.
11.2 Jurisdiction: We can each bring legal proceedings in respect of the Policy in the English courts. If you live in Scotland you can bring legal proceedings in respect of it in either the Scottish or the English courts. If you live in Northern Ireland you can bring legal proceedings in respect of it in either the Northern Irish or the English courts.
